My name is Jessika and I am the owner and operator of 🍩h Sugar Bakery, a home based cottage food bakery, located in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
Growing up, everything was homemade. Fresh loaves of bread daily, pies for every season. You couldn’t walk in the house without the smell of a delicious treat filling your senses. As a child, I was always in the kitchen asking to help whip up a batch of something. Childhood pictures of me often included a rolling pin, a cookie cutter, or an oven mitt. There is no doubt about it, my Grammy taught me well.
In 2015, Grammy gained her angel wings and we have missed her every day since. Her infectious smile, her dancing and singing about the kitchen, and certainly her delicious treats.
🍩h Sugar Bakery was started in 2018 with the hope of bring smiles to people through our delicious treats, just like Grammy did. We use many of her original recipes and continue to strive to make her proud.
We continue to search for a permanent location for 🍩h Sugar Bakery, but until then, we happily take orders and serve delicious treats under Minnesota Cottage Law as a home-based bakery.
